I just jerked the wires off the circuit board and tied them all together. The fan runs like a champ. If you have the dual or single panel with that sorry board on it, get rid of it and straight wire to the fan. The fan runs great, is not running fast enough to cause damage IMO, and is quiet as a mouse, but you will see right away how much better it can run and it moves the air enough to actually feel a breeze. The most difficult part is twisting those tiny leads.
