I added a tower sensor to my 5 in 1 yesterday, and with Kevin's program, the tower sensor is my primary sensor for temperature and humidity. It's housed withing this radiation shield. I have not seen any temperature spikes today and it's been running about a degree to 1.5 degrees less than my 5 in 1. For the 5 in 1, you can see I have a house on each side. North and south winds measure up fine, but it does suffer with east and west winds. They'll show up the correct direction, but will suffer on gusts.
The 5 in 1 is mounted on PVC, but I did add a wire support to it. It's insane how much that small wire has helped in stability. The 5 in 1 does not move at all now.
On the opposite side of the radiation shield is my Cocorahs gauge, but it can barely be seen here.
If only Acurite would come out with an anemometer only, that would solve my problem as I'd get a wireless rain gauge to go along with this set up and do away with the 5 in 1. But so far, I'm liking how this is working out.
