Didn't get a chance to assign my SmartHub a static IP address today. No alerts about any lost communications from the SmartHub. My signal strength is shown as Green, 4 bars.
While I was away today and busy, upon checking the rainfall chart on MyAcurite.com this evening, I see the SmartHub reset the rainfall not only about 7:00 AM, but again at 10:00 AM and then noon, and again at 3:00 PM.
The rainfall total displayed on the rainfall graph is only .42"
I have an 'old school' rain gauge, but didn't make note of the approximate amount this morning, and I dump it once a week on Sunday evening, so I can't say how much it caught 'today'. Precip 1/4 mile from me on a Davis Vantage Pro was .93"
So, not only is the SmartHub (or software on MyAcurite.com) resetting the rainfall, it can't even add it up properly when displayed on MyAcurite.
See attached rainfall graph for the day since midnight, totals 1.08 from adding the amount before each reset, is pretty close to the 1.10" on the wall console.
