lighting loging

i was on another site and they said the use a rtl something and can detect lighting from the detector and it but it in a graft anyone have any info on this and what i need to set it up and do it thanks he posted photo of the graft but never would reply back when i asked for info

have already maxed out yearly counter 9999 after the first three months of storms
