Rain always in the forecast for Tucson!

Hello, I've had a 5-in-1 since the beginning of February.  Everything working great!
However, on the indoor display, it's always indicating a 99% chance of rain.  I have the zone set properly.
Is there any other adjustment I can make to help improve this accuracy?
