I wouldn't worry about the noise. Mine is noisy, in fact the more noise, the better it seems to do the job.

Agreed.... Now as for Satellite TV support I used to work for Dish so I know all to well. But believe it or not they treat their techs like dirt and constantly find a way to screw them.
