Loss connection

What would cause a 2010 to lose connection? It receives from transmitter and then you can watch the bars slowly fade away and after 20secs all bars are gone and never connect back until i reset it then...

They are a UBS port on the front of PC I did not know was there so I'm gonna try plugging it in there and see if that helps.
